Published by LC Boat House on

With the Annual Meeting of the Lewis & Clark Trail Alliance nearby in downtown Kansas City, re-enactors from the Discovery Expedition of St. Charles presented a historic camp.  The site on the banks of the Missouri River at Kaw Point, KS, also included the replica keelboat.  Visitors included more than 150 attendees from the Lewis & Clark Trail Alliance, an on-boat recording of Clay Jenkinson’s Listening to America Podcast, and visits from Clint Mason, P.E., Missouri River Program Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Steve Schnarr, MR340 Race Director for Missouri River Relief.
